lol, in fact docs sometimes forgot what they told their patients. as when i asked my doctor can i take iron medicine with milk , she said “yes”.
but when i found the truth i again ask her, she said " perh likh ker b paindoouon wali baat kee hye nah".

I was given iron-folic supplements alomg with calcium but asked specifically not to take them together.
