the whole post election feeling is sinking in I guess for IK. Tone is a bit dejected. However his demand for verification in 4 constituencies is completely justified.

I dont think (in any future elections) people will come out in the numbers that we witnessed in the previous elections, as it would be on the back of their mind that the results would be according to some script.

Guess who else is dejected? 100s and 1000s of people that traveled to Pakistan just so they could vote for PTI (some even going as far as quitting their jobs to join the campaign). They are also dejected even though they may be saying that they laid foundations of naya pakistan but I seriously doubt they would do it again 5 years from now in next elections unless the electoral system is overhauled.

I agree with both of you. But hopefully a major electoral process overhaul will take place in coming years once PTI sets the precedent in KP LB elections. Fingers crossed.
