When I was younger and before I had my littles I would have said no, I dont wanna know. But now, having the boys, I'd want to know as far in advance as possible. I'd want to make sure that their care is all planned out, make sure they know whats coming and help them accept it, maybe write them some special letters for different occasions like the eve of their marriage or their graduations.

Would you want to be told you are going to die? Yes or no and why. If yes how much notice would you want (2 weeks, 2 months, 2 years, 20 years, ect)?
If its before The Sopranos finale than yes, otherwise kill me kill me right now!

I thought I would want to know.....but when I thought some more I realized that knowing will not help me to take care of unfinished business or put things in order for my little one.
I realized that I will never have prepared enough for her....at least I don't think that I will ever be satisfied that I've done enough.
I will never be able to say good-bye enough to my loved ones.
I'd rather not know. At least that way I will live each day as if there may not be another. I will wake up and begin every single day with gratitude. I will value every little thing the way it should be valued.
At least I hope.
