Now, there are few things about your post that make me suspect you of trolling. Hence the lack of serious responses.

If you're in earnest, then you need to work on your self esteem and interact with the ladies more so that they see your personality. I'm not sure, but I think that there are surgical procedures to increase height, but you'd still need confidence.
