Re: Would you let your wife take up bodybuilding?

Oh I should start a thread in household about ghar ka makhan and desi ghee. I wonder how many people actually prepare their own butter.

Re: Would you let your wife take up bodybuilding?

we can only get 3.5% milk here in Toronto. Uss sai chai ban jayee tu bari baat hotee hai Makhan kahaan sai nikley ga :(

chai k leyee bhi we have to add evaporated milk or 10% cream...

Re: Would you let your wife take up bodybuilding?

You have to use full fat milk as well as full fat cream (double cream) in order to make makhan. Once the makhan is ready, all you need is bajra (pearl wheat) to turn it into ghee.

Re: Would you let your wife take up bodybuilding?

They actually are. There are people who get their macro’s, mainly carbohydrates through flour and on a pretty regular basis. :hehe:

Re: Would you let your wife take up bodybuilding?

Bodybuilders don't take anabolic steroids nowadays with the rigorous testing.

So I think answers to this question should be reevaluated with that point in mind.

Re: Would you let your wife take up bodybuilding?

^ :rotfl: Look at the size of those girls, look at their faces masculine and all. Yeah right they don’t take steroids.

Re: Would you let your wife take up bodybuilding?

Not anabolic steroids. They do take a variety of supplements that assist in muscle building however.

Re: Would you let your wife take up bodybuilding?

Even if she doesn't take anabolics and I ignore the swimsuit on the stage for the sake of this argument. The sport is still more harmful for women than for men. The competitions require participants to drop their body fat levels to under 5%. Men can function just fine up until 3% body fat, whereas women start experiencing side effects when their body fat levels drop below 8%. Then there is the whole fat loss process just before the competition. The process is drug assisted and takes toll on ones body in the long term.
