Why do you have to teach negativity about other religions in order to make your own child a good muslim? I have always taught my children to respect other religions, because all religions ultimately teach you to be a good human being. Its some people in all faiths who give their religion a bad name, including our own. Teaching tolerance of others to kids is part of our duty as muslim parents.

Well i would teach child truth in my case as a muslim i don’t want to feed them lies this first point. So for example i would teach them this is hindu religion this is christian religion this is their belief and this why we don’t belive in them.

I would not teach them to insult other religions or disrespect other beliefs so you misunderstand i did not say don’t tolerate other faiths, but i would not fool them by saying we all same religions and we all belive in same god because this complete false and you hoodwinking the child.
