I've already had surgery - twice, but I'm done with it now :) Quite a few of my friends have had boob jobs and nose jobs but I think u have to be careful as for some people it becomes almost like an obsession to try and look perfect and it can end up as a bizarre never ending cycle. Also, u have to want to do it for yourself and not for bf/fiance/husband or whatever. Non-surgical procedures like lip plumping injections and botox are pretty popular as well now (as well as non-surgical nosejob u can also get non-surgical boob jobs done with injections) tho that sort of stuff has never really appealed to me, the 'topups' would be annoying and I'm a bit of a wimp with needles anyway...
