I wl assume you are asking what one would do knowing that the hatred for the friend is not justified. Well to be honest, i am tempted to say that i wl not cut contact with my friend when i know my partner is at wrong HOWEVER i think things change when you are married. In life, there are so many compromises one has to make especially to make a marriage work and though i am a staunch believer of going by what i believe is right, however at times you just have to let go and there is no other option. As i am writting this, my mind is saying no this can’t be right because then it would become a pattern for your partner to make their demands fulfiled because they wl know you wl do it. But honestly, how many of us would really dare give our marriage a tough time for a friend?! I am sure not more than 10%.
