I think you misunderstood what I meant. What I meant was the whole deal is very rushed, so no time for cards delivery and so on. So you invite your close friend in a situation like this, but like mentioned its a date set 2 weeks from now, but they are not able to attend, will you be mad?

Oh ok. I wouldnt be mad unless i know they didnt give it their best to attend your wedding :).
