that when they are dressed up more saxi and attractive hotness etc, they want to outdo other womens to gain more attention from the males??

experts even say it is because they want more action when dress up like this.

therefore, is it wrong for a a dude to assume that the woman would receptive when she is dressed up all hot n stuff?

its kind of like senseless, same thing can be said about males. All five fingers are not equal so you cant say everyone think the same or do things for the same reason.
