Due to nature of the game where results are more unpredictable than ODI or test, and considering WI recent performances, I would give 60 percent win chance to SL and 40 percent win chance to WI.

… well, since SL won the toss, I believe their chances of winning the match has improved and depending on how they would score, their chance would improve further.

If SL makes around 180, I believe their win would be more or less, 90 percent certain.
