I think flat stomach is the most difficult to get specially for ladies with babies...you have to put a lot of effort in. I think running and jogging are also good but those push ups are really good, they gave me very bad cramps but if you keep doing them, you gonna get amazing results within few weeks.
Did you get it flat once following it hareem?
