same here niksik. I’ll feel too weak and have lack of energy to workout. ![]()
that’s not a bad idea…pushups work out many muscles in your body and it’s not time consuming either…that along with some crunches may just be a nice routine during ramadan.
Some people lose, some people gain and others remain the same…it really depends on what you are eating.
I am usually the same way except during ramadan. I’m too tired and it’s difficult to fit it in before fajr and def after iftar…after iftar it’s ibaddat time for me and for most people.

although I always say the same thing @ eating healthy then when I see all the yummy samosas and pakoras…that thought goes down the drain. ![]()
