My husband worked from home 3 days last week. It was awesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssome. The kids had a blast, he had a blast and so did I .
The only thing was that he was hungry after every 1 hour so I was in the kitchen a lot .
But that’s cool because we love having him around.
But yes, it does help to go to work a few days at least to get connected with everyone else, etc. There are distractions at home and some serious work can probably be done at the office only
Working from home , an ideal scenario for people like me , like to do things on my own terms and conditions .
I can design my own breaks and actually have a small nap when required
The only thing which went against me during my college projects or group assignments was that I am way professional and organized for the rest , an individual who always plan to do projects in phases , who believes on comprehensive planning and systematic execution .
If rest of the members aren’t upto that level , it is quite hard to act well in a group .
Well so far , that’s one of the regrets I have in my professional career , mostly I am branded as an individual who suffers deprivation , if assembled in a group .

bhabhi, lets be honest here. I love working from a home on fridays until recently when i work more often, except for summer when the kids were home, I would go in because friday is a laid back day at work also and i got more peace and quiet at work than at home :)
