I am not saying go marry a workaholic. Usually before people get married, they’re all workaholics because there’s nothing else to do. But do marry someone who has ambition and wants to do something with her life.

This. I’d want to marry someone who has aspirations, but is willing to compromise when it comes to raising the kids. Besides, once the kids reach a certain age she should have something that keeps her busy.
