Complaining to boss is childish and also an anonymous message can be humiliating.

Just take her apart and tell her in private if it bothers you so much.

but talking face to face can b equally embarrassing. well it a tough call either way. most ppl i know do complain to someone superior so thyy don’t hav to deal with the burnt themselves. i don’t see anything childish in it.
