Re: women’s innerwear
Are you using a proper nursing bra? The type made specifically for breast feeding? They usually offer adequate support. Also, if you primarily wear shalwar kameez and have to pull your kameez up for nursing, it will definitely stretch out your necklines. I do not wear shalwar kameez’s at home, so while I was nursing (all three of my kids) I wore shirts that buttoned down the front for easy nursing.
Your body/chest/breast will change after nursing. It’s a fact. You need to make sure you buy bras that offer lift and support, with an underwire. You can also wear camisoles/thin tank tops to add a little more coverage if you feel you need it. Or else just wear your dupatta spread out over your chest.
I’m not really sure what else to suggest. Without seeing you in person, or knowing your size, it’s hard to give specific advice.
thanx for ur advise. yes i wear primiraliy shalwar kamiz. and wear IFG brand x-over. size is right. i do care much abut dupatta. but dear during work it slips off. nw as winter i am covering with sweater , coat.
