I think ambition is defined as more overt domination with most men and as developing a more equitable relationship in women, but I see the same behavior seeking dominance and/or equity practiced by both genders.
I think most people define male ambition as acquiring dominance, but it is not an exclusively male pursuit.

He didn't allow a woman to pray next to man than that can be the best example..
Yeah that is true that Allah meeya said respect female.. but i have never read anywhere that woman are equal to man.. :)
