Women who curse

ummmmm, no thank you… I can live with it.
Will probably train my daughter to say a swear word in front of him in public so he goes into shock and stops cursing at least in front of her :smooth:

and when the are not around, then??

lol…then yeah, we do if there’s a need. :cb:

Using small masoom kid to get back at your hubby .. now that is what I call excellent parenting .. :lifey:

You know your hubby is someone’s kid too. You should not do it in front of him either.

curse... such as??
...i dont believe Khabees, Ullu ka patha *and Mir-Raasee* are curse

:hehe: Good point.

Every time I want to say s**t, I go ssshhhhhhhhugar!

Every time I want to say eff it, i say fffffffffffffffffffffffor god’s sakkkeeee!!!

Every time I want to say the f word, … thats simple… I just say feck. :hehe:

Tis not a bad word, the Irish come up with their own words, even shiite is not a bad word here, feck and shiite are like casual slang words here…

NOW, we feel like this thread is about swearing, don’t we?

Re: Women who curse

I wouldn't mind an occasional obscenity, at least that way I'll know she's still human.

Yep, exactly! when someone is in a really extreme or stressful situation- like having a very disrespectful person in your face, or getting into an almost serious accident with a stupid driver- it can be difficult not to curse.

Yes, there are other things you can do to take out the anger, like staying quiet, saying another negative word, or going to another room- but **we're human **and these things are not always possible if we're extremely angry and offended.

If someone is in my face, I would prefer saying the f word just to shock them or get them to shut up - because I would never think of the literal meaning when using it- so I would never really mean it. I think that is honestly better than saying something else that is insulting- that requires more thought and is more hurtful IMO.

People should refrain from cursing. I get annoyed when I hear some saying the f word in every sentence in a normal conversation. But I think people should understand that if someone curses, they might be stressed and they're human.

Re: Women who curse

I curse all the time. I agree with Hitchki. Get over it. It's simply a word used to express anger, and yeah, sometimes girls get angry. The way the world works against them, I am surprised they don't get angry more often.

Re: Women who curse

I agree with namaan and muzna on this one ... its the biggest turn off in women and I am not going to stand here and say that i've never swore at anyone because i have and when i am with my guy frnds ocassionally a word or two comes out ... but when i am with the opposite gender or someone older than me then there is no way that I would swear ... and its because of the level of respect i have for them that i wouldn't and swear and if a grl whom i kno swears in front of me then i don't mind tellin them that lisen i have this level of respect for you thats why i refrain from swearing and i would like to keep it that way

You could make up your own substitute words, but how is that any better or less repulsive than using the actual words?

At my work place, we curse left and right. It’s a daily part of our routine. I’m so used to it, that it doesn’t even seem wrong anymore.

I’d only teach my kids not to do it, only so they don’t bloody land themselves in detention all the time.

Oh shoot up

It bothers me when even parents who curse tell their children not to do it.

Why should cursing only be confined to men? Why is it seen as more acceptable when a man curses and less acceptable or crude or haraam when a woman does it?????????

Nami, the truth here is that a GAALI sounds bad no matter whose mouth it is hurled from (male, female, young, old, rich, or poor). A GALI is going to hurt and offend the recipient no matter if it comes from a male or a female.

The Prophet SAWS forbade cursing for everyone. So, why are we upholding or trying to justify the view that it's okay for one group and not another. Are women immune to anger and rage? I don't think so. It's better for both genders to work upon this problem especially if its an oft-occurring one.

So, what is even the point to this thread, Nami??????????? Jo baat ghalat hai, woh SAB K LIYE ghalat hai.

Points we can take from this thread

  1. Cursing is wrong for any person for any reason .
  2. No , there is not justification for it .
  3. It is not cool even Tom Cruise tells you that it is .
  4. We are all humans and we should treat others like humans too . With respect .
  5. Men don't like women who curse . IT IS a total turn off .
  6. We should learn from our mistakes and try to be a better person .

I agree fully...

question: can you curse someone else or some problem in front of your other half?

If you are a leader and you know how to lead by example . You will never .

Re: Women who curse

interesting proposition

Re: Women who curse

How about men who curse? That's ok?
