Well each to their own...... We have been grown with this concept that girls do not smoke. Smoking is not anything to be so proud about. I think personal opinions and way of thinking matter, if i find smoking completely fine , even if i do not smoke i would probably be fine with the fact that anyone can smoke. But if its the opposite then i would not.
In my opinion, most of the time, when i find guys smoke it realy annoys me but when i find girls doing that it sort of does frustrate me . Probably because like i mentioned, growing up with that thing in your mind i think thats the thing.
Bottom line is no one should smoke whether a guy or a gal. THATS IT!
tambakoo noshi sehta ke liye moozar he.
**
well if a guy can take a shirt off in public shouldn't a girl be allowed to do the same? not that i mind..**.
I do agree to you Point of view, but for the bold part I must say that is quite impressed from bollywood movie scene because character is not limited to taking off shirt in public.

I was just trying to say that there are soo many things which are different for men & women. Women cant do "everything" what men do. Soo there is a difference. But if they want to do what men do then do it.If women want to smoke, ok smoke & if they want to take their shirts off, plzz do it too & it was not impreesed from any bollywood movie AT ALL. :)
Its probably the only vice that attracts me i’ve always been tempted to give it a try but i always chicken out even though i have had all kinds of opportunities for it .
Oh, i’m just such a good girl!
p.s, women can looked super classy smoking it just depends on what kind of women you come across ;).
Oh man do I disagree! Whenever I see someone smoking, men or women, the only thing I can think is “How stupid do you have to be?”. Smoking in the 50s was okay because no one knew the health effects. Nowadays, morons take up smoking because white people tell you that marijuana is bad for you and the Quran forbids alcohol. Hint, both weed and alcohol are better for you than cigarettes.
Question for you ZareenKhan: have you ever been tempted to drink or smoke weed?
And that’s my point. You’ve never even entertained the thought of weed or alcohol, yet you think cigarettes (way more dangerous and kill more people every year) are kind of attractive. If the Quran hadn’t banned alcohol, or if it had banned cigarettes as well, I think your opinion would be totally different. Sorry that was kind of off topic.
Oh no you got it wrong! It’s not like i don’t understand the consequences of smoking, infact that’s a major reason for keeping me from even trying it. And yes Quran may not have specifically mentioned cigarettes but it does say no to any kind of addiction so according to me smoking automatically comes in the banned list :).
I wouldn't really say its double standards, its the culture that u have been brought up in. My mum smokes the Chalim and I don't see nothing odd in it because I've seen her smoke it from a young age. However, I remember when we stopped off in UAE and my mum needed a smoke so she took one of my brothers cigarettes. It was the oddest thing ever, because It was the first time I saw my mum smoking a cigarette...... I literally had to tell her to put it down.
Personally, I don't like when I see my Asian (girl) friends smoking and I actually go out my way and give them a lecture about it. Don't know its just my own personal opinion, it just doesn't sit right with me...
Smoking cigarettes does not define a person's character be it a male or female. It doesn't define how shareef one is, or if the person a lier, freak etc. Esp if your comparing men and women. It seems indecent but its because of society.
