I just depends on how you define “bad driving”.
I myself consider driving carefully (like many women do) good driving. Many others don’t.
However if you take that careful driving to the extreme, like driving so slow that you’re actually blocking the whole traffic, it is not good either.
In dubai we r cautioned 2 avoid 4 categories of license holders. They r
Cabbies
Abu Dhabi registered cars
Old men
Ladies
The rest r all good.

In Karachi we r cautioned 2 avoid 3 categories of Life holders. They r:
Pathans (both walking and driving [usually trucks]),
Motorbikes/bikes (Seems every circus stunts man is on khi roads),
Dogs (Believe me they are bold and very outgoing :) )
