folks there is no good reason why indian and pakistani internal affairs such as rape cannot be discussed in isolation from each other. if you wish to discuss the situation in pakistan, open another thread in pakstan affairs.
mention of pakistan in this thread is merely a diversionary tactic and detracts from whatever quality of discussion the thread has.
