well who leaves her parents and tries to adjust and make a new life with new ppl....a woman. so without a doubt women has lot more strength and nerves.
U're father was right, women are stronger..they put-up with MIL's and BIL's and SIL's and FIL's and other DIL's and all other types of "ills"!

Hopefully the condition that is being talked about here can be surmised as:
Say an obstacle stands in our way:
A woman is less likely to use physical pressure to get her way she may resort to this only if her environment is a safe one and where she is able to use her direct power without the risk of adverse consequence.
A man is more likely to use direct power in most cases being unable to fathom that there could be some consequences.
A woman will approach a problem thinking first of her own safety and then the task at hand. A man will just attack, mostly.
A woman may realise in some cases it is more productive to use higher techniques to get things done, such as manipulation. An emotional manipulation such as crying can be used with those who soften up in those circumstances but also discussion can result where a debate style argument takes place and like a court case situation a result may take place. Or in very expert circumstances the woman may pretend to agree and slowly affect the outcomes of the situation so they begin to result in her favour anyway.
In this respect a man will see reason quicker than a woman, when a woman sees that a man is trying to use higher methods to get partisanship then she will often resort to emotional methods of getting her way, because a rational man in most cases doesn't know how to deal with emotional attacks except by agreeing and calming down the situation.
A woman therefore is more likely to be comfortable in an argument because she is more likely to be in control of it, despite the emotional outbursts, but a man when he gets emotional his thoughts are even more clouded and the last thing on his mind is the situation at hand.
Those who are unaffected by things are not taking part and hence are not engaged, this is a defence mechanism where a shield is propped up to distance the emotional damage. Usually people who do this are loathing of conflict and would be happier with time away from people rather than resolving any issues. This method relies on letting things take their course which means usually the woman has an advantage as her foresight is better and she can control the outcomes subtly without detection.
