I am in love with my GHD, I can never cheat on it
Plus I dont understand how the 10 minute thing works on a thick head of hair, you still have to go strand by strand

I had a trial at the Mall. My hair is thick and longish too…they use this new technology and have a through and through ceramic plate (not metal coated with ceramic). The lady actually did it in 10 mins, section by section. It was smooth! I ordered one from Ebay for my neice. Will get one for myself soon.

Ladies! One thing I can’t understand, seriously, when do you get time to spend hours on internet?

im sure moms can manage to squeeze in a few minutes here and there…just not 1 entire hr per sitting.

oh no they are supposed to be robots who do chores and .. while taking care of younger children and not being able to go out side of the house.. shouldnt spend any of their workable time on the internet.. relaxing,, communicating with the rest of the world....

Have you had any experience with feeding two very fussy kids where one of them has allergies to specific food??
That also includes washing the dishes, the kambakht pateelis and cleaning the kitchen.

And Yes I do take an hour to get ready, Im a woman after all
Just straightening my hair takes 28 minutes

I work nights only because then I have the days free to look after my kids, if I work days then I wont be able to drop and pick them up from school

^ You forgot one key factor - the bigger the kid, the bigger the clothes - my son wears a small adult size and two of my daughters are in junior sizes. I can wash twice as many of chotis shirts as DD2 or DD3 in a load :). Add up a lack of respect for the fact that a towel should last you three days, and a little miss 'I must change my underwear and undershirt every three hours or I will become permanently filthy', and it really adds up!

Ha ha,

No I was just trying to add variety and spice to the different types of things a woman may be doing. I am quite organized and a typical day is well spent, hectic but smooth, and my husband does help when needed.

I just wanted to make a point that all women are not as lazy as some think. They have responsibilties and accomplish many different things everyday. We don't like to live off our husbands. Yes, we all complain once in a while...men are no exception!

We have two washing machines and every day they do 2-3 loads each!

I wonder what we would have done if there were no diapers.

The younger kids specially in infancy throw out lot more often than older kids, so one has a lot more sheets to wash.

Women of this age i mean.

Just couple of generations ago, women used to get up early morning, start with house cleaning, cooking and then wash all clothes "manually", clean the dishes, cook for lunch, clean dishes again, in between breast feeding the newborns. Then every two years they gave birth to new baby. The men never did any work at home, never carried or comforted the kids.

And Now.

They have washig machines, dryers, dish washers, domestic help, the husbands help at home, take care of kids, yet they keep complaining.

The more we men do, the more they want from us.

If the trend continues, i am afraid men will be like the women of the last century.

If women of the last century were so amazing and capable of doing so much, then it shouldn't be a problem that men of this century will become like the women of last century.

In fact, I think they should aspire to that.
