True but even then, that would be crossing your limits. Divorce should be avoided as much as possible (esp when you have kids) but that is a lame reason to divorce someone that he/she is overweight now and not the same.
Divorce na huee, aik mazak ho gya. Everytime your spouse gains weight, divorce!

Of course it should only be considered as a last resort. But when it comes to divorce vs. murder, then divorce would have been better.
