Hmm…From your reference, one of the sons of Hazrat Ali (r.a) was named Umar and one was named Usman. Which means generally shias shouldn’t have any problem in keeping these names for their children ?!

How many Sunnis do we know who name thier kids Ali, Raza, Abbas or Hussain? Problem is two ways my friend, we cannot just blame Shias for not liking ‘SUNNI’ names.
