If I were you, I would not teach new Muslims from qss.org. It's a very strict and hardcore site, not open to other Madhabs.
There is a great books called Fiqh us Sunnah by Sayyid Sabiq. That would have the information you're looking for. I'll dig up for stuff for you inshaAllah today.
