There is toyland in defence, in H block market. Get decorations for the room you want to decorate, order a cake (customised) from pancake lounge in DD block in defence or even shezan in Hblock in defence based on what he likes (ben10, cars -whatever)
You can arrange for musical chairs, pin the tail, pass the pillow, games like that yourself within the home. He will have a blast
