I do it quite a lot, not as long as Bipasha does though.
I think it depends on the shape of your eye as well cos it doesn’t suit everyone. But I usually find it quite flattering with me, if it’s done subtly rather than extragantly like Bipasha, it has an elongating effect and makes your eyeliner looks seamless.
