Depends on the work..... only if I like it.
I would have said yes , but the 2 hour drive made me sway towards a NO !
NO amount of money is worth getting up 2 -3 hours early to get to work

As long as work n home are near each other i’d totally go for it …for me sleep is more important that a shopping spree in the mall or going out to dinner ! 
Idyllic really …great place , goood views , away from citylife and its unwanted stresses AND being paid for it …

go and work in Kazakhstan's rural area where there're no shopping malls,restaurants and cinemas etc and you have to drive for 2 hours to get to the city or town but you're getting a huge amount of money?

i will NOT. my family needs me more for now...in future, i might...but if i work with poor and needy i wud rather work in India where i know the people, i know the culture and i wud be more effective in what i will be doing. :)

Hareem, this sounds so very lovely to me also! But you have to consider the type of person you are, the type of life you have now against the life that you would have there. Maybe take a sheet of paper, divide it in half and write all the positives on one side, the negatives on the other side. Give weight to each plus or minus (1 for not so important, 10 for VERY important) and then add the scores.
I know its very easy for us to say "yes go for it" or "no stay away" but its a HUGE decision and outcome is really based on what you personally want and like to have in your life. Me personally? If I never saw a human other than my own family for 3 months, I'd be a happyhappy mama lol! I DONT like people. But I'm sorta odd. ANYhoo...just make a spreadsheet, calculate the plusses and minuses and that will give you a good idea of whether it may be the right choice or a bad choice for you and yours.

i have lived in a place like that and initially it seemed to be worth every penny but when the novelty wore off of the beautiful scenery and slow pace, it was a nightmare. schools were bad, had to travel 2 hours to get to halal meat or a decent restaurnat, the town would literally shut down at 6 pm, roads deserted after that. quality of life was severly effected, we got more lazy and reclusive. it was depressing, especially in the winters!
