Cadet, some people actually go there to find rishtas but I have that many people these days are not looking for serious committments but time pass relationships. So that's what people do there.

Personally I know 3 friends of mine who found their husbands via matriomonial websites and are very happily married now, with kids and all. In India, many people do that now.

Nahin. I don't know about shadi online, but in India, daily newspapers have a huge matrimonial section. It's so much fun going through it because there are so real crazy ads. Lekin many people are going through that now.
