The fact is simple and clear if we want to understand. Political parties just blackmail each other and exploit the situation. Can you believe that Altaf Hussain never killed or ordered to kill a single person? Those who have lived in Karachi knows the situation of city during last 3-4 decades. MQM got long history of internal clashes and murders. From Azeem Tariq to Imran Farooq murder case, you cant deny that a strong don like Altaf Hussain had no say or involvement for the killings that resulted.
Adlaten khuli hain, but it will take time that they decide cases without any fear.

I will call it selective identification of crime. MQM has fair share of all these crimes in their areas. Karachi’s problem is turf war between gangs. You just can’t blame one gang by listening to victims from one side. May be a visit to Lyari and listening to victims there can help seeing tasweer ka dossra rukh. Lyari remained quite peaceful over the period. Baloch’s are the natives to the land and till 80s, there were no major incidents like kidnapping and killing for extortion. Post Afghan Jihad, everything changed in the city affecting all areas and all communities.
You will not believe… But parties like Sunni Tehreek are militarized by Agencies… On the other hand… Ozair Jan Baloch got support from Zulfiqr Miraz and heavily weaponized…
