I told her that the global marketshare for Contact ceter services is leaning heavily in India’s favor and over a period of time, as Indian companies look to increase margins they will establish centers in friendly places like Lahore, where I used to know a maharani, and that if she got trained in India then she would be one of the leaders leading the charge in Pakistan.
