Re: Will PPP government survive?

Two words, Imran Khan.

Re: Will PPP government survive?

Dont know why Khoji named the thread WILL PPP SURVIVED..

u better asked WILL BHUTTO family survied, no body in Paistan vote to a party by Party MANSHOOR
i wish they survived and complete there fixed term any how they are elected by BHUTTO lovers votes ,and in next Election they forget all miseries when they get ready again to bited by same snakes in the name of next JANSHEEN BILAWAL BHUTTO ( Zardari?)

Re: Will PPP government survive?

Once again you want everyone to ignore your lies.

When did Dr.Mirza say Urdu speakers should be massacred??

If you speak a lie, you will be called a liar.

Re: Will PPP government survive?

he need to back his words with action and reliable people, we have seen in recent by-elections that all the three time he awarded party ticket to crooks who are not even acceptable to the PPP and PMLN...

Re: Will PPP government survive?

Taliban Khan. He is a security risk to Pakistan due to his support to unconditional talks to Taliban.
Besides, Imran Khan also supports violence in Karachi. He has his own horses there. The MQM Haqiqi terrorists.

Re: Will PPP government survive?

Tabhi tou mulk qabrastan banta ja raha hai, it all makes sense now.

I have mixed opinion about PPP completing 5 years. It's not that PPP is worst party around, they are probably as sorrupt as any other party but Zardari has made sure that all the decent PPP politicians will stay away from top posts and hence the situation is as bad as it is. I don't think the situation would have been as bad if Benazir was still alive. Zardari tou LANAT hai hamaray mulk pe. I have absolutely no hopes from Nawaz Sharif either. Imran is a MUST but he needs to be pro active by inviting decent politicians from other parties and he needs candidates from his own party to be more popular ( probably more media coverage about their profile, achievements etc).

Re: Will PPP government survive?

haha, true. every thread related to ppp finally comes down to this

as for topic: i think it will, and it should. no matter how bad zardari and company may be. for obvious reasons mentioned by many above. plus this will help somewhat "lead by dead" politics which pasha sahab mentioned. but to make next elections reasonably fair (it cannot be 100% fair for sure) will be a big task collectively for our media, position and ourselves

Re: Will PPP government survive?

His support of talks with the Taliban is the only thing I dislike about Imran Khan. Otherwise, he's the best person for the job.

Re: Will PPP government survive?

And why is that such a bad thing? Is your drone strike/bombing approach working? It is only giving the Taliban more fodder for suicide bombers. As for the Karachi thing, that is just MQM propaganda, you have nothing to back up your claims. Also do not mistake Imran Khan for a taliban apologist, he is against the Taliban's terrorism, the only thing he is trying to do is achieve peaceful resolution that does not involving bombing innocent Pakistanis.

The problem with our country is that when someone headstrong and honest with a track record of achievement comes along, our people diss him and try to stir up **** by making unfair accusations.

Re: Will PPP government survive?

For anyone who cares, this is a really good article on Imran Khan: http://www.veteranstoday.com/2010/03/01/pakistan’s-imran-khan-looking-for-“america”-in-the-strangest-places/

Re: Will PPP government survive?

Many have discussed this point
I pointed to the human nature and history

Re: Will PPP government survive?

Right now it looks like it will not only survive but also complete its term. As long as there is no national party that can challenge PPP from all four Provinces, they will have it their way.
