This is a great option for the ones who are young and willing to marry again . It will also be great for the children , as it will provide them with a better opportunity to have a father-figure there to guide and help them . I will also go to the extent that men who are single , divorced , widowed and may even be married , should look into it .
But there is also a category of women and children who are all grown up and may not adopt any new relationship . For them we need to arrange some programs , as mentioned by many posters above , and keep them involve in the society .
