We all have trials. For such girls, it may be a trial in itself to marry a pious man and thus be challenged to become better.
For the pious ones, their trial might involve changing a nonpious man to a pious one.

Excellent point! I think we are all born with two buckets: in one (metaphorical) bucket, all the bennies and blessings you will have in your life. In the other, all the sorrows and pains. And the buckets are always equal, otherwise you fall off the tightrope of life and are dead. If you only look into your bucket of sorrow and pain, you think that is all there is in your life. If you only look at the goodies bucket, you may not learn some of the things in life that you need to learn and which pain teaches you.
