Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

Does Allah live in the kabah

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

well its a fact as sunni historians also record it..i dont know why it hurts these suicide fanatics so much when they find out the facts about Holy Ahle bait (a.s.)
what a big fat lie..yeh sure you have seen it 50 times from inside out

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

so is there s relationship between the crack in kaaba and hazrat ali? if not, lets talk about the alleged crack :) thankoo

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

I’ve been to umrah several times, latest being this past May and didn’t notice a single crack anywhere.

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

Hazrat Ali was NOT born inside Kabaa but rather inside the Haram. Haram is not just the immediate ground sorrounding the Kabaa but much much vast, that according to Sheikh Makki. Why is it that they say one must leave the boundires of haram, if already inside Holy Makkah, to prepare for an Umrah. That is why people leave for Masjid Ayesha to put an an ahram to perform an Umrah.

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

Ok..I did not mean like a crack that is open, but among the building stones you can see gaps... and they seem to be filled with stuff other than just concrete...
and I guess I did not even know that Shias believed in this whole thing about the kaaba cracking open and the rest blah blah...
So I mis-spoke and did not realize that I was falling into a trap ...

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

Thats what I was talking abot man! I don’t think there are any cracks on the walls of the Holy Kabaah.

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

So Sheraz who ever doesn’t agree with your version of history he is a suicide fanatic? thats one polite view just like the extremist.

By the way the Kaaba building was last destroyed a couple of hundred years ago due by severe flooding, before that it was destroyed during war, and recently the Saudis have built portions of the building. If there is a crack there are MIT graduate muslim civil engineers working there who will fix it, so no worry. Just keep on Worshiping Allah, facing Kaaba.

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

no not really...there are sane sunnis as well like pir sahab...but i have seen mirza ruswa's posts and he seems like the follower of iraqi fanatic sunnis

anyways you don't think they tried to fix this crack before? they can try their hardest but this isnt going anywhere

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

just in case u didnt know..shias do worship Allah facing Kabaa..don't listen to the fanatics :)

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

today is going in history books  sheraz called me sane!!!
although I dont consider myself sunni or shia
just a muslim

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

Actually, there is something there. If you go to the haram you'll notice one corner of the kaaba, i think it is the lower end of rukn e yamani that is somewhat disorientated and not as aligned as the other rukns. To me it looked like a bulk of cement, metal and nails hammered in.... At the time i had no idea what it was but it came across as quite odd as comapred to the rest of structure.

The link with Imam Ali (as) is when he was to be born, it was rukn e yamani that was ruptured and bibi fatima bint Asad entered to give birth to Imam Ali (as). Many say that as a form of miracle, the crack is still there no matter how many times the kaaba was rebuilt and the reason the odd cement thing is there to cover it up.

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

In my opinion there is no need to fight here. We have to respect other sects faith and beliefs.According to shias if it is place or Hazrat Ali r.a then there is no need to argue on it because Hazrat Ali is one of highest status personalities of Muslim history all Muslims (**including Sunni/Shia/Wahabi/Ahamdai **etc) respects him.

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

^^ I don't think so. Why should we respect to shia sect when they slander and use such foul words to describe the Khalifas?

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

The metal at the Ruki e yamani corner is a casing that holds the Ruki e Yamani stone, just as the metal casing that holds the Black Stone. So inevitably and given the fact hordes of people are literally holding onto these structures with all their weight whilst queing to touch it, I'm not least surprised there will be some cracks on the wall around the nails and holdings.

Anyhow from what I observed the Kaaba wall had a glossy see-through type paint covering over it that prevents damage to it from the elements.

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

kaabah was known to be the house of Allah even before Muhammad (saw)....
if someone was born in the kaabah, it wud be a BIG BIG news and everyone wud have heard it....
and hence wud not be easily rejected....

but since that did not happen, it is very easy to conclude that the story of Ali (ra) being born in the kaabah is nothing more than a myth....

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

Starsky, im not sure where you get your sources from, but there's no such thing as rukn e yamani stone. Theres nothing encased in metal there, its just a corner of the kaba facing yemen.

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

^ Heres a very clear pic of the Yamani corner, what do you see there?

What is that clear circular indentation in the Kiswa? There is metal casing in the Yamani corner wall protecting an original (supposedly) part (or specifically, a brick/stone) of the kaaba within the structure that has cracked. Otherwise you don’t need metal casings, just replace with bricks or reinforced concrete. Guards near there will tell you this. Some call it the yamani stone and why some people out of ignorance kiss and rub their bodies against the casings thinking it will bring them barakah.

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

Although I haven't followed the actual discussion, but I'm wondering if someone could shed some light on the purpose and significance of Yemeni corner, please.

Re: Why There is Crack in KAABA WALL??

I am surprised at some of the believes here, the Kabaa building was totally destroyed twice from the time of the holy prophet, and once the Black stone was stolen and taken to Egypt and returned after 12 years, and there are guys here who are still looking for a crack.
