According to this guardian article the Saudis have claimed to have given residency to 100000 people, I don’t know what the exact number is 100000, 500000 or 2.5 million. According to my brother who lives in Saudia, there has been a significant influx of Yemenis in the kingdom though (who can be seen begging and sleeping in the streets).

I read both articles, I am not interested in number. Legally both Arab countries are not bound to host refugees.

I think, both countries increased immigrant worker “refugees” from Syria, but they are not publicizing until recent criticism from Germany.

I would also mention that Aitaz Ahsan pin point us. Pakistanis had problem its own IDP who want to settle in rest of Pakistan.. and we are criticizing Arab world.
