Charity starts at home and we already have internally displaced people. Would punjab be taking them in or again another baloch “insurgency” that syrians were settled in balochistan?
PS I think that we already taken in a lot of arabs in the guise of alqaeda who have settled in pakistan. Arab countries have the same language and europe still has arab communities to help new migrants. I can also bet you 10G that none of the migrants want to come to Pakistan as the international image is bad; my brother was kind of surprised when a saudi during his hajj was cold towards him when he found out that he was from Pakistan in South Asia…
in Pakistan there are no controls what so ever, Pashtuns have increased over the years in Punjab. We could not evenkeep the afghans in their camps. I agree with you though that a lot more needs to be done for Idps as well
