Pashtunistan persisted for a few decades after Pakistan’s creation. The country started meddling in Afghanistan (mid 70’s) as Daud Khan was supporting Pashtunistan in Pakistan. In recent times it has mellowed down.

Then there is no link between Liaquat Ali Khan’s murder and Pashtunistan?
