To the best of my knowledge no.
But there are two incident where Rasool Allah orderd death for person who has committed extreme Blasphemious act. But to me that was only exceptional cases as others (not only one case there would be many) were forgiven.
The problem with our Mullas they made law on base of exception, and decided to ignore forgiveness shown to majority of them.
I have discussed with some Aalim about this, while they agree that Rasool Allah SAW forgiven 99%, but their argument is only Rasool Allah SAW could have forgive blasphemy thus we all has no authority to be light on this.
