Once must declare guilty in the court of law, before any sentence would be executed. Here someone killed a person on base of his own perception (which might not be correct).
And you are saying that killer should not be punished?
Who give you or even Qadri right to declare that Salman Taseer committed blasphemy?
Having doubt or disagreeing with that law is not t law is not amount to blasphemy.
