I like this post A LOT! because to me it just seems tooooooooooo sweet of you to say all those things… BUT I KNOW from deep down you guys do get sad, you want to shed loads of tears, you want to be helped, you want to have a better life when you are depressed… and etc… etc… etc…
It’s the way you put it is too sweet! It’s as if you are “covering” and being “strong” - but please guys - get help when needed. We all like your strong characters but if you are depressed then saying all these thing and covering up so OTHER MEN don’t get help - would not be nice 
oh and by the way someone mentioned - us WOMEN - make you guys depressed! You see the feelings are still there LOL GET SOME HELP!!! and be open about it so you can discuss the issues instead of COMPRESSING them and one day they burst in to bomb size roar at us women!
