What TUQ and IK are demanding, as far as I know, it is music for MQM. Since ages, MQM is complaining that they are not getting free hand to propagate themselves in other parts of Pakistan, especially Punjab. Same they say about interior Sindh, as they complain that with present bias system of election full of rigging, forcing voters, using local influences and influences of government employees, MQM has very little chance in interior Sindh.
If TUQ and IK succeed what they are asking (make electoral system free and fair), then at least we can start seeing true election in Pakistan, where votes count, and I think MQM would not mind that. So, if MQM may not join TUQ and IK in their protest directly (there is reason for that too), I am sure they would never going to seriously oppose them.
