Honestly, how can you hold a player for something that he used to do more than 3-4 years ago? Especially for such a young player like Afridi? Its really pointless to look at someone's performance so long ago and say how come he cannot be put out the same way anymore. Right now, he is one of the most dangerous batsmen in the entire world. Obviously his career average isn't nearly as good as other good batsmen, but his career average doesn't represent him properly. We should always look at someone's average from the past 2-3 years to truly judge his current form by taking into account that person's age, potential and other factors aswell.
lol
afridi inspsires such fear in the opposition...that everyone is on the boundary...its a measure of his maturity that he decides to hit the hard balls for 1s or 2s...and the easy ones...well...the ball would wish it wasnt made
and as for afridi sayin he'll hit 6 sixes...atleast he can back it up unlike the "mature sehwag" runnin his mouth off bout how akhtar isnt dangerous and how he loves the pakistani bowling...
but wait ppl...sehwags famous "ill score 200 in an odi (vs uae 04 asia cup)" is the best...he got out beofre reaching double figures!!!
