Re: Why is crying/weeping considered weak + unsuitable for men
Some people can't control their tears when the sacrifices of the Prophet (saw), his family members and that of Waliullahs is mentioned in front of them. It indicates their thankfulness and love for the Prophet (saw) and his family. One can cry for hours considering their sacrifices for us. This emotional love increases many fold when the crying/shedding tears is also accompanied with actual practicing of the ways of the Prophet (saw) and his family.
Because practicing of ways of an ideal in every breath of ones life speaks louder than mere tears and crying for him.
Once a man like me used to regularly cry very hard in gatherings, expressing his immense love for the Prophet (saw) and his family members but in his practical life, he enjoyed more listening to music than listening to quotes of the prophet (Saw), watched more dance videos than watching janazas and graves (and learning a lesson from them), shared more immoral jokes than sharing teachings of Quran and Hadith...etc.
Then one day he saw the Prophet (saw) in his dream, who told him: Those who praise me (and cry for me), more than them I love those who actually implement my ways in their practical life (and encourage others to do so).

It's actually heart-breaking to see a man cry. "Men shouldn't cry" is the last thing going through your mind then. T'is such an awww moment and you feel like reaching over and giving the man a big bear hug! Three times I've seen my dad shed tears in my entire life... my nana's death, my sister's rukhsati, and the first time he held my widdle nephew in his arms. sniff
Re: Why is crying/weeping considered weak + unsuitable for men
Those clearly are the times the great old (young I mean) Hijaban got to see a man cry, nobody can speak of the unseen little tears he may’ve lost while being by his own very self. So yes, men cry.
Speaking of sniffles, I’d love to see a Hijaban do that.

Intentional, BarbieKoo. That sounds awkward though, all I picture when I say that is a Barbie doll being grilled/roasted on some little koylaay ki angethee. Not a nice picture that comes to mind
The Brother just intends to understand them Hijabans a little better before he makes his well crafted move onto a Hijaban around town. One arrow, one target and for life. Get the drift? Nothing personal in the end, perhaps just a little creepy attempt to seek for knowledge. Apologies where apologies be due though. Cheers.

Yeah I don't know what I was thinking. :D
No need for apologies, praa ji, g'luck with the hijaban hunt.
