^Well it's just that people are bitter (Which is genuine, no doubts about it) about their provincial rights. There have been numerous operations within the province, and uncertainty can disrupt peace. Baluchistan just want to be as prosperous as Punjab (Lahore specifically) and Sindh (Karachi specifically). I mean Lahore and Karachi are still very well developed compared to Quetta. I think more attention should be paid to Baluchistan as a whole. Gwadar port will definately do much to boost finances for the province.
