I don't understand all this fuss about valentine's day. I don't think it's romantic, and all the women who claim it's romanitc,sweet and blah blah blah only say it because this gives them an excuse to expect special gifts and treatment:D
For me, valentine's day is synonymous with commercialism and materialism, and I am against them both.

And I would still say that Valentine’s day is the least romantic thing on the earth. We are just programmed into thinking that it’s supposedly a special day, so we end up splurging on stuff they want us to buy. On a principle, I am against commercialism, materialism and consumerism..why has love got to be equated with a certain type of things?
