There have been people in the past who have been the ultimate inspiration for me throughout my life, specially one man. If I were alive in any of their lives and if they wanted to spit, I swear by Allah I would have placed my hands infront of them to spit on, as their spit is more pure than my whole body.
(insha'Allah, I would meet them in Heaven by the grace of Allah)

Men generally have a very different take on issues like this...its something they NEED to do so they just DO it. They dont think about how it will look to others the way women would. Thats also why men are more prone to burping, farting, playing pocket pool etc. They have an itch, they scratch it. They have gas, they expel it and get on with life. Not all of them, for sure so no offense here guys - but you all have to admit that if theres expel-ations going on, its almost a sure bet that its being done by a guy.

I don’t spit and I find it disgusting when others (yes, I have seen women spit as well) spit. Not to mention the fact that it is a dirty and unhealthy habit. Pan spits are everywhere in Pakistan
