I think the majority of women prefer a man to be taller than them...and vice versa...its all about male ego and being the MAN! lol ...in general I think as long as the man is taller...it does not matter exactlly what height they are!....but each to their own...everyone is different and thats what creates such beauty in the world.

Personally myself...being a 6 ft english girl I have BIG PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!! They either have to be the same hei ght or taller...has anyone seen Sophie dahl and husband? she is like 5 ft 11 he is 5 ft 6 or something!!!

Yes! There's a pretty large height difference between them and she's always wearing heels as well! :D

Exactlly! Good on her...just wish I could have her courage...me in heels :-( I would be 6 ft 3!!! I hate my height 2 be honest...although comes in handy sometimes....but getting back to the topic....everyone is different....girls like Sophie Dahl obviously prefers the smaller guy...or height is just blind in their relationship and they are SOOOO IN LOVEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!.....its nice...and although looks are the first thing to attract us....men with a good heart are KEEPERS!!!!!!!regardless of height

Its just a silly notion that tall guys are protective…All girls like to feel protected but tall guys have little to do in that.
Guys should be well built (not talking about macho man) but I have seen some tall guys who were lanky and looked clumsy…:bummer:

As long as my husband is a few inches taller than me, I don’t care…besides I need a husband not a flag pole
